Forty five years consist the continuous and climbing route of the Company, which evolved from a personal enterprise in 1968 “ANDREAS LINAROUDIS” (Civil Engineer, Designs & Constructions) to "ANDREAS LINAROUDIS & SIA E.E." in 1999 and finally to its current form with the foundation of "LinTec Technical Company" in 2009. Based on its long standing know-how and experience “LinTec” manages to successfully respond to contemporary market demands for excellent quality and high speed in the completion of projects. Its goal has always been the designing and construction of high quality buildings and residence complexes, that improve the environment and raise people’s living standard. So far have been constructed and delivered more than 200 properties, whereas at the moment there is a project in progress in Kiato near Corinth and a project under planning in Xylokastro very close to the sea.
